As a BCBA at Above and Beyond Therapy, you’ll take a leadership role in developing, overseeing, and refining individualized ABA treatment plans for children with autism. Responsibilities include:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based evaluations.
Train, mentor, and guide RBTs and behavioral health technicians.
Communicate treatment goals, progress updates, and strategies to parents and caregivers.
Create, implement, and monitor customized care plans for each client.
Track client progress, analyze data, and adjust programs to ensure optimal outcomes.
Work closely with a team of professionals and maintain thorough, accurate clinical documentation.
Valid BCBA Certification
A graduate degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
Experience working with children and teens with autism spectrum disorder.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to interpret data effectively and adapt treatment strategies for maximum impact.
Review progress notes, collaborate with RBTs, and plan session objectives.
Conduct assessments or observe therapy sessions to ensure fidelity and data accuracy.
Provide direct feedback and guidance to RBTs, helping them refine interventions.
Adjust treatment plans based on real-time data and discuss outcomes with families.
Participate in staff discussions, share insights, and strategize for optimal clinical outcomes.
Pursue advanced certifications, become a regional supervisor, or mentor new BCBAs.
