Victoria Rosales

I’m Victoria Rosales and I’m a BCBA with Above and Beyond Therapy (ABT). I stumbled into the ABA field in August of 2012 after I completed my undergrad degree from Central Washington University. I had never heard of ABA or knew what it was. However, as I learned more about it; the more I fell in love with the field.

After being an RBT for over 4 years; I started my master’s program at Arizona State University and graduated in August of 2018. I have been a BCBA since May 2019. During my time working in this field, I have worked with ages ranging from 2-21 with just as big of a range in mental developmental also. I love working with my clients and their families to see them grow and become independent.

It is a bittersweet feeling knowing that my job is for them to not need me. Teaching kids how to be kids is the most rewarding and fun job I could ever have.

When I’m not working; you will most definitely find me obsessing over my animals (2 chihuahuas and a cat). I have pictures, videos and stories that could get my talking for days! In my free time, I love cuddling up with my animals with a good book and an even better cup of coffee. I’m originally from Seattle.
